Ruby Orcutt is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York, swith 12 yeas of experience pecializing in anxiety therapy, stress therapy, burnout counseling, and life transitions counseling for women. She supports female students, young professionals, and female entrepreneurs who feel overwhelmed by pressure, expectations, self-doubt perfectionism, and the pressure to succeed. She supports women entering the workforce, building careers, or launching businesses who want to strengthen self-confidence, reduce anxiety, and create healthier patterns in both their personal and professional lives.Many of Ruby’s clients struggle with chronic anxiety, burnout, overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and loss of motivation. Ruby works with clients who feel stuck, unmotivated, or exhausted from “trying too hard.” They seek therapy to feel grounded, confident, and capable again.Her approach is warm, direct, and integrative, combining somatic therapies, somatic EMDR, Natural Processing, mindfulness practices, cognitive work, and coaching techniques.
